these are the local people in our place who always go at wharf for fishing for their food of the day. without knowing these folks are always gathering not only for fishing but also meet and chat with each other and as it became routine they never notice the beauty of the dawn, greeting them what a great day... but unfortunately this pier is now being destroyed by the so called port authorities to make it their own business even they can build this port in other areas like halsey, jardin or baldat or even in old port near bulok-bulok island. then prohibit our local people to get their food on that traditional and historical rendezvous...
HAHA! I actually did this when I went back home in '95. It's very fun especially if you're with the locals. Good to do in the early morning or in the night time. Too bad the power in Culion didn't stay all night.
